Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. approved brand,of first grade over cement primary making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for.

Supply & application of one coat of deco orient base & two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Supply and fixing door using wooden section for frame and door shutter made ofProviding Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid,frostywhite single extruded factory made 18mm thick, including supply and fixing ISI marked MS powder coated fixtures of , 1 Nos.power coated handles (IS:208) 150mm dia and 1 Nos.MS powder coated aldrops (IS:2681) 250mm long, 3 nos MS powder coated butt hinges including labour charges for manufacturing door , fixing the door with required No. of screws, overheads and contractor profit etc. complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing factory made solidWood Polymer Composite (WPC) singleextruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer onall the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MMDoor Frame section of 45x75MM . The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x50 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine .The ready/assemb led door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. Aminimum of 4No.s of screw s to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member.etc. complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-incharge including conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing of SWR PVC pipes (Prince/Sudhakar/Kisan/Supreme or any ISI brand) 4 Kg/Sq.cm. and fixing all special such as plain bends, off sets, door bends, single junctions, double junctions as per site requirement, fixing with PVC clamps if necessary with required number of Bombay nails including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work at all floor levels.
