V.R.C.C (1:11/2:3) using 20 MM size HBG graded chips with nominal mix SS-5 using necessary quantity and excluding cost and conveyance of steel per cum of concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, seigniorage, curing, centering ( Using Steel) etc., complete as per APSS No.403 with BIS 456-2000 but excluding the cost of steel and its fabrication charges a) for Footings

b)for Pedastal

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed Bars of Fe 415 Grade of different diametres including cost & conveyance of steel including cost of binding wire and labour charges for fabrication such as cutting, bending and cranking rods, tying grills with binding wire etc complete.

Fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile as per conceptual drawing (Barrel Vault) , with Flexlight perform 1002 S2 of Serge Ferrari Make with 1050 GSM having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 420/400 daN/50 cm & minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 55 / 50 da N, Multi composed PVDF-lacquer system on both sides, UV-protected should be weldable without grinding having a minimum weight of 900 gm/sqm with a minimum 15 years warranty etc. over steel structure frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanized MS End Plate ,Shackles, Rigging Screws , Turnbuckles, swedge, fork , keder rods & galvanized MS strands with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge). (Note : (1) Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment. (2) Specially extruded aluminium profiles or slides should be used for fabric fixing.Work should be carried out in desired profile as per approved shop drawing including necessary designing software with ixCube 4-10 for Tensile Membrane design and cutting patterns and STAAD-Pro advanced CONNECT Edition for steel support structure design using Limit state method as per IS 800 - 2007, seaming machine at least 2 nos. capacity from 10 kv to 15kv including travelers seaming machine, CNC plotter & cutter machine for cutting of membrane pattern, swage end machine upto 30mm dia cables etc.The tensile fabric roofing system shall have warranty for minimum 15 years as per manufacturer. The contactor shall provide original warranty certificate issued by manufacturer. The contractor should upload authorization letter from fabric manufacturer (Serge Ferrari India Pvt Ltd) in attached prescribed format, if not bid will be treated as not valid. Actual surface area of canopy end to end shall only be measured in Sft correct up to two decimal places. No deduction shall be made for sealant joints.Steel Structure: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of tensile membrane fabric including Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built- up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to Grade Yst 250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked conforming to Grade Yst 240, thickness up to 6mm (from SAIL/ RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APL Apollo) in the profile shape as per conceptual drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections with cleaning the surface applying a coat of Zinc primer and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile fabric canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating. The complete structure to be coated with Zinc chromate primer 1 coat and top two coats synthetic Epoxy/ASPA paint as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall include the cost providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of steel structure including all materials, tools, ladders, scaffolding and labour involved in all the operations described above including cartage, all lifts & leads and exluding all taxes.
