Supply & Errection of M.S. Hoardings made with M.S sections of heavy Angles, Plates sheets etc., including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fabrication and errection including welding charges all incidental charges etc.,complete for finished item of work

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-II VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre over primer coat of red oxide to new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).(BLD-CSTN-12-7 & 12-12-197)

Providing & fixing Directional boards / junction boards of various sizes as specified by the department, made out of Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube corneredmicro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for fullbackground of Green / Blue Colour & White Letters and fixed over 4mm AluminumComposite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminum skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25 x 25 x 3mm all round and fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on MS hollow section post of different sizes as specified (excluding cost of Post) The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint silver metallic. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with .MS base plate in to the ground by M-15 Concrete foundation. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer - in-Charge.( but excluding cost of earth work and M 15 foundation concrete and MS supporting structure ) (3M India make or equivalent).

Supplying and Fixing of 3mm ACP (Alluminium Composite panel) sheet as background over alredy fabricated M.S framed structure into the ground using revetting including cost A.C.P sheet and all labour charges for cutting ,pasting and fixing the boards as directed during execution complete

Supply and fixing of of 3M high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheet made out of Type -IV code:3930 3M sheet of ASTMD 4956-09 including wastage and confoming to IRC 67:2012 FOR FULL BACK GROUND OF Blue or Green colour &white colour letters using with EC film and pasted over 3 mm non breakable alluminium composite material sheet or 2 mm Gi sheet and fixed over already fabricated m.s frame structure into the ground by M-15 grade concrete foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment ,machiney ,fabrication and labour charges for cutting ,pasting , etching , Dtp,screening ,printing etc with all leads and lifts but excluding cost of ACP sheet and Revetting charges neccessary Satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply of glow sign vinyl stickered name plate / sign (or) Hoardings boards using 4mm ACP(Aluminum composite panel )sheet as back ground and glow sign vinyl sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of ACP sheet, vinyl sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards as directed during execution complete.

Supply of of 3mm Alluminium Composite panel with 0.25mm alluminium coil including wastage @10%and cost and conveyance of material to site

Supply of of 3M high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheet Type -IV including wastage @10%and cost and conveyance of material to site

Supply of of 3M Electro cut film (EC Film) including wastage @10%and cost and conveyance of material to site

Labour Charges for Cutting ACP to required sizes &edges and fixed to M.S frame by using the revetting

Supply and fixing of glow sign Vinyl stickered Text / sign (or) picture of different sizes directly on the glass door partitions/Sheets/Floors/Roads/walk ways/walls etc., as directed during execution using glow sign radium stickers one layer including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and erection of star flex boards with frame work make out of 25mmx25mm MS Square pipe (Light weight) with required back support to erect at specified places as directed by the departmnent. The cost inclusive of frame material, labour for printing erection and removal after completion of the function etc.
