Conversion of waiting hall and Mike announcement;Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) mix, 12 mm thick dubara sponge finished including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc, to site including seignorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar finishing curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer ? In ?Charges etc, complete for finished item of work.

Conversion of waiting hall and Mike announcement;Flooring with soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed and polished of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs with borders and design as per the approved flooring pattern as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, laying tiles using spacers of 2mm thick, set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Conversion of waiting hall and Mike announcement;Supplying and fixing Gyp Board Fine Line Grid false ceiling (GS-FLC-4.6 as per India Gypsum) in size 600 mm x 600 mm using 12.5 mm thick/ 9.5 mm thick Gyp Board sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm conforming to IS 2095 - 1982 fixing to Gyp steel precoated GI wall angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x of 0.70 mm thick along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick work/ partition at 610 mm c/c and suspending the frame work using precoated GI Tee section (24 mm x 38 mm x 0.7 mm) from soffit at 1220 mm c/c fixed with GI Soffit Cleat, rawl plugs and steel expansion fasteners & connecting clip to the GI T section with 4 mm dia GI Rod with galvanised spring steel level clip of PVC unversal holding clips system at 1200 mm c/c and fixing the 12.5 mm / 9.5 mm Gypboard Sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm and finishing two coats of drywall topcoat complete for finished item of work as per Idia Gypsum Ltd specification.

Conversion of waiting hall and Mike announcement;Supply and fixing of position powder coated aluminum glazed partition using 10 mm thick plain glass to full height using with prelaminated cement bonded particle board (Bison lam or equivalent ) of 10 mm thick to height of 0.91 meters bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminum section anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of section of size 37 mm x 62 mm and 1.50 mm thickness with one meter center to center duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S flat and bolts neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc, and etc, complete for finished item of work as directed during execution
