Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement : Screened sand) with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing,etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and complete for finished item of work.(SS 901,903 & 904)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and complete for finished item of work in all floors. Flooring with glazed vitrified tiles with matt finish of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 9-10 mm 1st quality confirming to S:13711,IS:13712, IS :13 630 (Parts 1to 15) of any colur and fini sh in all shades and designs.as per the approved flooring pattern as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, la ying tiles using spacers of 2mm thick, set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop .12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, inclu ding neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sq m. and jointed neately with white ceme nt paste to full depth mixed with pigme nt of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all mate rials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cem ent etc., to site (excl uding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of seigniorage charges on all mate rials, cost of bas e coat and all labour char ges for mixi ng of cement mortar, lay ing tiles to re quired slope as directed by the Engine er- in-charge etc., and complete for finished item of work. Providing dadooing to walls with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of Size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm and 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs as approved by the Engineer-in-charge set over base coat of CM(1:3) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges etc., and complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and colour over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand,of first grade making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for External walls.

Supplying and fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilators made of pre - painted steel (base steel as per IS 513 of -0.58 mm thick D quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer, The section for louvered ventilators should be of of 33 x 56 mm Box section paneled with 4 mm pinhead glass with Ethyl propylene Diamine monomer Gasket (EPDM) and the sections cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket . corner brackets made of CRCA with Zinc Phosphate. The frames to be fixed to the concrete /masonry wall by means of self expanding screws including 10 mm square guard bars with 6" pitch complete for finished item of work. Ventilators: Fixed louvers 2'-0" x 2'-0" (609.6x609.6mm)(Box section) outer frame section size of 33 x 56 mm

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. Door Frame section of 63.5x100 MM .The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame

Supplying and fixing European Water Closet of 1st quality conforming to IS:2556-Part-2-1973 of Hindustan / Neycer or Parryware make white glazed with 'S' trap,supplying and fixing best Indian make plastic seat and lid for European water closets with rubber or plastic Buffers as per IS 2548-1996 and 10 litres capacity single flush PVC low level cistern Parryware or equivalent with internal components and fixed using required size of nails and screws, 12mm PVC connections with brass union nuts CP coated including cost and conveyance of all materials to site,etc., complete for finished item of work for all floors.

Supplying and fixing of 4 inch (101.6mm) multi floor trap with jali - UPVC/SWR pipe fittings (Prince/Sudhakar/Kisan/ Supreme or any other ISI Brand) as per site requirements with standard practice for all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges , etc., complete for finished item of work.
