ROOFSEAL PU (Armstrong ) / POWER n SEAL PU (EBT) / THIOFLEX 600 (Fosroc) / ZORISEAL PU (PMCC) / SIKAFLEX PRO -3 WF (Sika ) WATERSHIELD PU 3. including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges etc., complete. WATERPROOF TREATMENT;SPECIALISED HIGH PERFORMANCE ACRYLIC POLYMER MODIFIED ELASTOMERIC CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOF COATING TO THE TERRACE a). Providing and application of one coat of High performance Acrylate penetrative water barrier primer ? ROOFBOND BCS (Armstrong ) / ZORIBOND BCS (PMCC) / POWER n PENETRATE (EBT) / WATERSHIELD CP / DECKGUARD CP (Fosroc) /SIKAGARD 705 L (Sika )diluting with water at 1 : 0.50 ratio as a primer coat at a consumption of 200ml per Sqm. b). Providing and laying of Non woven polyster reinforced fibre mesh of 40 GSM, with 1 Mtr width and 50mm overlap on the primed surface. c) Providing and application of one coat of Two part system of high performance acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating ROOFBOND RFX (Armstrong ) /POWER n COAT RFX (EBT) / BRUSHBOND RFX (Fosroc)/ZORIBOND RFX (PMCC) / WATERSHIELD RFX /SIKAGARD 550 U 2K (Sika) mixing of powder and liquid as per packing at 1:2 ratio. (add the water upto 200ml ) at a consumption rate of 300 Grams mix. d). Providing and application of one coat of Two parts system fibre Reinforced Acrylic Cementitious Coatings with ?ROOFBOND FRC (Armstrong) ZORIBOND FRC ( PMCC) / POWER n BOND FRC (EBT)/ WATERSHIELD BOND FR / Fosroc mixing of powder and liquid as per packing at 1:2 ratio (add the water upto 200ml ) at a consumption rate of 300 Grams mix. including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges etc., complete. WATERPROOF TREATMENT;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415/500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

WATERPROOF TREATMENT;VRCC M-20 grade nominal mix (Lime Morter :fine aggreegate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to table 9 of IS456 using 12mm size machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggreegate)from approved Quarry including cost and conveyancej of all materials like Lime Morter, fine aggregate(sand)coarse aggregate, water etc, to site and excluding seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing , laying lime morter concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as directed by Executive Engineer duly taking actual premeasurements before lime mortor concreting (add Water proofing compound to cement and baby chips mortor thickness 50mm to 100mm Including haunch portion and mainaining slope for water flow ).

WATERPROOF TREATMENT;Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials likeLime Morter, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.(SS 901,903 & 904) (Bld- cstn - 8.3)
