Providing High Yield Strength Deformed Bars of Fe 415 Grade of different diametres including cost & conveyance of steel including cost of binding wire and labour charges for fabrication such as cutting, bending and cranking rods, tying grills with binding wire etc complete.

Brick masonry for superstructure in CM (1:6) mix using second class bricks having crushing stsrength of not less than 35kgs/ Cm2s including cost,seigniorage and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand , bricks and water etc to site from approved sources and all labour charges curing, scaffolding etc. complete for basement and superstrucuture as per APSS No. 504 for Super Structure.

Supplying of Top Truss in Semi Circle including cost and coveyanc of all mateials and labour charges etc complete

b) Truss internal cross supports 50mm od Ms Pipe 3.6 mm

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick Galvanized pre painted G.I.Profield sheets fixed to the pulins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer, side laps are stirched with self tapping/drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3mm Butyl Type. The sheets are provided with anti capilary grove.

Supply & application of one coat of deco orient base & two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-II VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre over primer coat of red oxide to new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Flooring with 40 mm thick Rough Cuddapah/Shabad stones, set over base coat of cement mortar (1 : 8) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 duly filling joints nearly, including cost of all materials like flooring stone, cement, sand, and water etc., complete, excluding seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) sliding windows three track - two glass shutters sliding and one mesh shutter duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of (94 mm x 45 mm)/(80 mm x 52 mm) x 2.0 mm for outer frames, (58 mm x 39 mm)/(54 mm x 38 mm) x 2.0 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make and mesh shutter frame shall be (42 mm x 25 mm)/(52 mm x 21.5 mm) x 2 mm fitted with nylon/ polymer mesh on rollers/ pulley duly fixed with TPV Gaskets/ EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like locking system 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work
