Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing, hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete in position, curing etc., complete for finished item of work

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement :fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes onall materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 415 D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Filling with carted gravel in trenches,sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operaitonal,incidental, labour charges,hire charges of T&P etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for fnished item of work(APSS NO.309&310)

(APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 20mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Providing window sills with 16 mm to 18 mm thick high polished granite stone slabs black colour as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) , 20mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement , sand , water , granite slabs etc., to work site and all operational, incidental labour & lift charges, half rounding the edge , polishing charges, cost of base coat and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work (S.S.701 & special)

Cost, Supply and Fixing of MS square pipes 50x50x5mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete for finished item of work. Make : Tata / Zindal

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of interior grade I and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile as per conceptual drawing (Barrel Vault) , with Flexlight perform 1002 S2 of Serge Ferrari Make with 1050 GSM having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 420/400 daN/50 cm & minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 55 / 50 da N, Multi composed PVDF-lacquer system on both sides, UV-protected should be weldable without grinding having a minimum weight of 900 gm/sqm with a minimum 15 years warranty etc. over steel structure frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanized MS End Plate ,Shackles, Rigging Screws , Turnbuckles, swedge, fork , keder rods & galvanized MS strands with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge). (Note : (1) Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment. (2) Specially extruded aluminium profiles or slides should be used for fabric fixing.Work should be carried out in desired profile as per approved shop drawing including necessary designing software with ixCube 4-10 for Tensile Membrane design and cutting patterns and STAAD-Pro advanced CONNECT Edition for steel support structure design using Limit state method as per IS 800 - 2007, seaming machine at least 2 nos. capacity from 10 kv to 15kv including travelers seaming machine, CNC plotter & cutter machine for cutting of membrane pattern, swage end machine upto 30mm dia cables etc.The tensile fabric roofing system shall have warranty for minimum 15 years as per manufacturer. The contactor shall provide original warranty certificate issued by manufacturer. The contractor should upload authorization letter from fabric manufacturer (Serge Ferrari India Pvt Ltd) in attached prescribed format, if not bid will be treated as not valid. Actual surface area of canopy end to end shall only be measured in Sft correct up to two decimal places. The complete structure to be coated with Zinc chromate primer 1 coat and top two coats synthetic Epoxy/ASPA paint as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall include the cost providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of steel structure including all materials, tools, ladders, scaffolding and labour involved in all the operations described above including cartage, all lifts & leads and exluding all taxes.
