Hire charges for erection and removal of flat roof 100% water proof sheds with MS trusses, I sections channels etc., with necessary frame work with no intermediate posts. The roof covering with thick canvas tarpaulin and duly providing white ceiling cloth for decorating the shed with necessary frame work with decorative frills (Jallars) around and border and decorative frills (Jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour whereever necessary etc., complete and duly covering the shed with water proof curtains at three sides of the shed as directed during execution. The rate includes Submision approved structural designs from compotenr authority watch and ward against theft and fire accidents, storing the water in drums, to and for transportation chargesand all labour, incidental charges etc., complete The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in a good condition through out the festival and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired and replaced as and when torn out by any other means and should be replaced with out any extra rate if the cloth is spoiled due to rain or unavoidable circumstences. The contractor should allow the electric and flowers decoration over the cloth done departmentally without any claim including maintenance during the said period. The rate is for total festival period (branding of firm anywhere is prohibited)
