Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Supply and placing of the VRCC M20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. for Columns.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all opretional, incidental, labour charges , hire charges of T&P etc. complete for finished item of work (APSSNo. 309 & 310)

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Providing roofing with 0.50 mm thick prepainted galvanised trapezoidal profiled roofing sheets fixed to the existing MS/GI purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washers, side laps are stiched with self tapping / drilling screws, end laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm butyl tape. the sheets are provided with anti capilary groove for finished item of work.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Supply and fixing of 40 mm diameter medium weight grade G.I. pipe for ramp hand railing including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, fabrication and fixing charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Masonry work in CM (1:8) proportion (Cement : Screened sand) in superstructure with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290 mm x 150 mm x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, overheads and contrctor profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504) for superstructure.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Normal Plastering with CM (1:5), 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and curing charges etc complete for finished item of work for superstructure.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Ornamental plastering with CM (1:3), 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete including over heads and contractors profit but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work for Ground Floor.

Providing Repairs to ZPHS Chinagarlapadu;Supply, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for bars below 36mm dia. Including overlaps and wastage where they are not welded.
