Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm and thickness between 7-8 mm and 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC Roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and applying Gold line Exterior Texture of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal wallsProviding Putty to internal walls BMT-J.33

Providing Impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost and conveyance of all materials all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work.

The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. Door Frame section of 45x75 MM .
