The DAE has issued a formal invitation for competitive bids for the Department Of Atomic Energy project, for BOQ ITEMS: Supply and transport of earth of specified quality as per specification and drawing from the source not owned by corporation but arranged by contractor at their own cost including all taxes royalty etc and filling the same in embankment in random fill zone in layers not exceeding 250mm measured loose in proper profile to various heights above existing ground level after stripping of top soil as per specification and drawing watering of each layer in the stipulated manner as per specification and or direction of the Engineer and compaction by mechanical means to acheive requuired degree of compaction as per specification disposal of exxcess of unusable mrmentaterial all complete as per drawing specification and direction of the engineer for any lead sectional measurement for compacted filling will only be paid, Supply transport filling and compacting selected clay to various height above height above existing ground level including providing key trenches layers not exceeding 150 mm measured loose in proper progile watering of each layer in the stipulated manner as per specification and or direction of the Engineer and compaction by mechanical means to acheive required degree of compaction as per specification and all work complete as per direction of the Engineer with clay selectivity obtained but arranged by contractor at their own cost for all lead lift taxes and royalty Sectional measurment for compacted filling will only be paid, Earth work in excavation in the following types of soils for all lifts including bailing pumping out any water accumulating inside the excavation adequate protection during excavation drilling blasting and transporting the excavated spoil material after stripping of top soil as per specification to the designated area places stacking of usable and disposal of excess of unusable material all complete as per drawing specification and direction of engineer for any lead within acquired area of Tailing Dam and Pond All Soils hard and dense soils soft rock and hard rock, Clearing and stripping the site of all permanent construction roads pipelines etc including removal of trees 50 cm or more to reach the rock bed bushes shrubs rubbish and other objectionable materials including removal and disposal of unsuitable materials such as loose rock debris top soil vegetable matter and other perishable and objectionable materials as decided by Engineer with all lead and lift, Providing Laying and jointing making joints leak proof etc one point five mm HDPE liner over the earth fill material inside the tailing dam Slopes including anchoring as per guidelines regarding criteria for hazardous waste landfills series HAZWAMS 17 200 01 issued by central pollution control board MOEF Govt of India apart from CPWD and IS Specification or as directed by Engineer in Charge, Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1 2 4 1 cement 2 coarse sand zone III derived from natural sources 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources , Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing andreinforcement All work up to plinth level 1 cement One point five coarse sand zone III 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, Steel reinforcement for RCC work includingstraightening cutting bending placing in position abinding all complete upto plinth level, Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removalof form for in Foundations, footings bases of columns etc, In superstructure columns lintels beams plinth beams roofs etc, Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including leveling up with cement concrete 1 6 1 2 1 cement 6 coarse sand 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size at window sills ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1 6 1 cement 6 coarse sand, Neat cement punning Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks every 15th post last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires of barbed wire weighing Nine point 38 kg per 100 m minimum between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI staples turn buckles etc complete Cost of posts struts earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used, With GI barbed wire, Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, Removal of wet dry sludge and muck from decant pond channel drain including loading transporting and unloading with in a lead of One point Five km by mechanical means including cleaning by manual means if required and pushing the unloaded material in to tailing pond including cost of all machinery labour transport fuel maintenance tools and tackles complete as per directions of Engineer in charge in Y.s.r., Andhra Pradesh, with an estimated contract value of Rs. 48,09,088.
