Providing and laying Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes all complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five levelas per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing, mixing and applying 15 mm cement plaster on brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in Ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size 600 x 600 mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, Fixing the tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying antiskid /rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Grouting the joints of 600 x 600 mm flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) and approved make , including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles in dados/wall cladding conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Chargeover laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Structural steel work in single section, builtup section fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Structural steel work at all locations for roof frame members such as vertical columns, rafter, purlins etc. using 40mm old drill rods / rails / M.S. angles / RHS for all structural works etc. of required sizes as per drawing including the following works: 1) Cutting (by gas) fabricating, jointing by 8mm gusset plates, welding, lubricating, erecting, making holes / chases wherever required. 2) All the structural member surfaces shall be applied with a coat of ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works etc. complete as per specificiations & as directed Engg. in charge. The rate quoted shall include cost of material such as gusset plates, anticorrosive bitumastic paint for grouted steel members, steel primer, all labour, welding rods, transport, tool and taxes etc. but the rate shall exclude the cost of structural member (Old Drill rods/SHS/RHS) materials which shall be supplied by department at free of cost.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required all complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backingin true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a

grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal outer dia CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes( in concealed work) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride)pipes (Exposed on wall) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing 110mm dia PVC - U pipes ( class 3 ) with pressure stability not less than 6 kg /cm2 of supreme make/ equivalent including all fittings like ‘Y’ bend zigzag bend, collar, tee, door bends at all floors, etc including fixing the pipes with U clamps at 1m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement & testing of joints, complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FGRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F G.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

a)Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded ,including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, b) Providing & fixing 5.5mm thick glass panes in venetian frames fixed in the UPVC ventilator frame

c) Providing & fixing fly proof Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides to windows, ventilators & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts Note: Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.including making provision to fix exhaust fan within the frame of the ventilator/window, all complete as per approved drawing, instructions & directions of E.I.C

Distempering One or more coats on old work with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer andof required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification and direction of E-I-C.

Wall painting on Old work with (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade, approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.All complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding and all as per specification and directions of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan)with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid , 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe and P-trap/S-trap, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever requiredas per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
