Filling good earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 9 nos -32 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedestals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 36 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per drawings of Genetic requirements No GR TWR- 04/01 Dec. 2000. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department)

Sorting of tower material at stores at store yard at Tirupati or site required for erection of 40 m GB Tower in orderly manner as per bill of materials / erection drawings No. GR TWR-04/01 Dec. 2000 from a lot of material of one tower only and listing out the missing material, if any complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment under this item shall be made only once for a tower material).

Labour charges for fixing and erection of 40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Generic requirements No.GR TWR-04/01 Dec. 2000 along with amendment dt. 29.06.2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members pertaining to to the one lot only wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machinery all insurance, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site in one lot. (Weight about 8.30 MT) (Rs. 10,000/- will be with held for acceptance of AT and will be released after completion of AT).

Applying priming coat with one coat of ready mixed Red oxide Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent of approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower (weight about 8.3MT)

Applying priming coat with one coat of Etch primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower. (weight about 8.3MT)

Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 40mtrs tower (weight about 8.3MT)

Supply of missing Tower material of galvanized structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, with Galvanized steel sections consisting of angles, flats, plates fabricated as per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS:4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gms/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of MS grade 'A' as per IS:2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two or more coats with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour over one coat of Eitch primer (BISION wash primer or equivalent) and second coat of BISON HB Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent of approved brand and colour to give an even shade to additional steel section /members/built up assembly such as Horizontal gantry posts at any height etc complete.

Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles, flats, plates, pipes, nuts and bolts etc. of varying sizes and lengths from specified place to work site. The entire lot of tower members shall be transported in a single lot. The job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account).

Note- The Department at no cost will be responsible for any accidents, damages etc if any occurred during Execution of the work . The Agency shall take all necessary safety measures, insurance for workmen Compensation and all risk coverage.
