Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all work upto plinth level:

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12mm cement plaster of mix:

1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing 19mm thick approved quality Marineplywood as per IS 710 in floors, partitions, cupboards,racks, storage units and similar locations etc. including cutting to required size and fixing with necessary nails, screws, clamps all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Providing and fixing sheet homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like DunlopS-758,Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg and prividing copper strips etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade.

Dismantling of upto 21M MARR masts in angles, tees and flats including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, stay wires, Tie members and U-clamps etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. complete in different places in Nellore SSA as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate including all lift, scaffolding, gas cutting etc., if necessary. Nothing will be paid extra on any account)

Erected MARR masts .

Dismembering the 2.00m x 3.00m BTS prefabricated Shelter on all the sides and bottom base and its support rails , roof , floor without damaging for reuse in future etc., complete and transfer the materials from Mantralayam to Chillakaladona , all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Mechanical transportation of 3 Nos of 21 M MARR Masts with angles, tubes, bolts and nuts including all connecting members and dismantled BTS shelter of size 2.00 x 3.00M including loading, unloading, lifting up to terrace of floor 3 level from Dharmagiri road site to BSNL stores at TUDA complex complete as per directions of the Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account).

Erection of BTS shelter of available size upto 3.0 mx 2.5m x 3 m over Steel Structural members for base after segregation/sorting of the shelter as per drawings with all its accessories including Cable tray inside shelter for 12 meter runway , as supplied as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and erection of communication tower / gantry or any other member of communication steel tower of any height with required galvanised structural steel members : (i) The structural steel members of built-up sections shall be of structural grade 'A' as per IS 2062 / IS 226 and IS 808, the tubular sections shall conform to IS 1161 and bolts and nuts should be of grade 4.6

(ii) Galvanisation of thickness not less than 120 microns on MS any mild steel members of the tower including nuts and bolts (Galvanisation shall be hot dipped as per IS:4759, Standard Zinc for galvanising should conform to IS 13229-1991 or IS 209 (1992). The item shall be executed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Built-up sections including using of angles, plates, flats, rounds etc.

Supplying of galvanised high tension grip bolts and nuts of grade 5.6 and of required size minimum mass of galvanised coating not less than 610 gms per sqm on bolts and nuts and other fasteners etc., (Galvanisation shall be hot dipped as per IS : 1759 standard / Zinc galvanising should be conform to IS :13229-1991 or IS 209-1992.)

Providing and anchoring of 10 mm MS stay wire including tightening and anchoring to the base plates at diferent levels etc. all complete as per directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of U- clamp arrangement for tightening and anchoring of stay wire to the base plates at diferent levels etc. all complete as per directions of the Engineer in charge.
