Dismantling tile work in floors and walls of toilets laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with cement slurry including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing and fixing dado/skirting of 10 mm thick tiles of approved make and on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), and filling of joints etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. and stacking within 50 meters lead carefully

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door frame including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door shutters including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi- chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Cost, supply and fixing of Sanitary & Plumbing items including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, laying and fixing in position charges etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing electrification including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. All materials should be of Standard and approved ISI make.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Replacement of damaged roofing sheets at gallery - 4 area with Supply of UV resistant multi-wall polycarbonate sheets for roofing of any colour - 6 mm thick it includes cost of material, labour and conveyance of material etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.
