Supply and fixing of PVC doors with necessary miscellaneous works;Vibrated Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) Mix as per table 9 of IS 456 using 12mm and 20 mm size (SS5) hard granite machine crushed graded metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc.., to site and cost of seignior age charges on all materials including centering, shuttering and scaffolding with props and steel plate as per the approved shuttering plan, machine mixing, laying concrete, lift charges, vibrating with mechanical vibrator , curing and removal of centering etc. but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for Lintels in ground floor etc complete as directed. Supply and fixing of PVC doors with necessary miscellaneous works;Providing and fixing factory made polyvinyl chloride (PVC)Door Frame of the size 50 x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 10 mm rigid PVC foam sheet,mitre cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mmM.S. Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member &minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete asper manufacturers specification and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, &15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shallhave a coat of steel primers of approved make andmanufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thickheat moulded PVC ?C? channel of size 30 x 50mm formingstiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2)thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for toprail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to befitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & railswith 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on eitherside, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is tobe stuck on the interior side of the ?C? Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer?s specification & drawing for finished item of work .
