Civil Work;Providing bored cast in situ piles of 350 mm dia up to 4 m depth with RCC M20 grade concrete using minimum cement of 300 kg / Cum, 20 mm graded aggregate, cost and conveyance of all materials, hydraulic piling rig hire charges for drilling of holes, machine mixing, bailing out of water, pouring of concrete in the bores, other incidental charges, hire charges of all machinery, all leads and lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per SS No: 402 and 403 of APDSS but excluding reinforcement cost and its fabrication charges which will be paid separately.

Civil Work;Providing RCC grade M20 design mix using minimum cement content of 300 kg / Cum using 20 mm graded metal mechanically mixed placed carefully and compacted by vibration including cost and conveyance of all materials, shuttering, cantering, all labour charges, all leads and lifts etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per SS No: 402 and 403 of APDSS.

Civil Work;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.
