Civil Work;Providing and applying wall care putty of white cement or polymer or cement based for Internal walls, average 1 to 2 mm thickness in 2 coats over plastered surface for plastered walls to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers specifications.

Civil Work;Painting the internal walls with two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint of Grade I of approved make and shade over one coat of white cement primer water base interior grade-1 (Asian/Berger/Nerolac) including cost and conveyance of cement primer and all materials, incidental charges, all leads and lifts at all heights for all floors etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per SS No: 1208 of APDSS.

Civil Work;Supply & applying Poly-Urethane Water Proof Polish Glossy/ Matt finish to the wood works duly cleaning the surface and applying emery paper, Sand the wood with 180 No., emery paper and then with 320 No., emery paper, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying suitable knifing paste filler / wood filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper, applying two component wood sealer, after the surface preparation applying one coat of approved spraying PU thinner (for spraying) and apply one coat of PU by spray, air-dry overnight, Sand again with 180 No. emery paper and removing dust, applying second coat of PU, air drying for 4 - 6 Hrs, Sand with 320 No emery paper, and applying (with spray) two coats of approved brand PU including cost & labour charges, emery papers, cost of thinner & PU of approved brands such as Jenson & Nicholson, Asian Paints, Berger Paints or equivalent etc., complete for finished item.
