Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with fly ash cement Bricks as per IS 12894-2002 class-5 , size 290 x 225x140 mm with compressive strength not less than 50kg /sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,all leads&lifts, scaffolding charges etc complete for finished item of work as per APSS 504 specification and as directed by engineer in charge.as directed by Engineer in charge. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

Laying P.C.C (1:4:8) using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials including seignorage charges at site, labour charges, hand mixing charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc., as per APSS 402 for finished item of work for completion as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

Cutting, bending, placing in position and tying of reinforcement steel of all sizes of Fe 500 grade HYSD as per IS 1786-1979) bars for footings, pedestals, beams and slabs,drain walls etc., the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, all leads and lifts etc., as per APSS126 complete for finished item of work as per APSS 403 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Steel will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

RCC M- 20 nominal mix (cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate) for corresponding to the table of IS 456 using 50% of 20 mm & 50% of 12 mm machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, the rate includes cost and conveynace of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, all operational and incidental charges, labour charges such as laying concrete, curing, machine mixing charges, shuttering and centering charges etc., as per APSS-403.for finished item of work for completion and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (But exculding cost of steel and its fabrications charges. Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost))

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 903 and as directed by the Engineer in charge as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

Flooring with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS Code 15622:2017 (Group B III for Ceramic Tiles- Specifications) of any colour and finish in all shades (as specified by the Engineer in charge) and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, tiles, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 707 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

Cleaning of water storage tanks at different elevations in various buildings by opening the drain pipe valve and make it empty and then spread the bleaching powder on sides and bottom of tank and scrub with wire brush after that tank should be wash with fresh water and drain it off through drain pipe and make the water line to lift the water into original position including cost and conveyance of all materials like brushes, bleaching power, buckets etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :Cleaning of water storage tanks shall be as per IS2065:1983.

Removing of Honey comb lives in various locations and different elevations of power house area, T.M.Yard, Boiler area, ESP area and Chimney area etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, chemical and all safety amenities etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Attending rodent treatment by providing 200 no's of rat trappers along with chemicals & consumables required at various locations at power house building and service building at specified locations during evening times & removing the trappers in the morning , leaving the Rat's away from the site.The rate include cost & conveyance of all the materials, all consumables required, all chemicals required, all labour charges required including all lead & lift complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Power house building (TG building, CCB, ESP-I & II,AHP)

Attending rodent treatment by providing 200 no's of rat trappers along with chemicals & consumables required at various locations at power house building and service building at specified locations during evening times & removing the trappers in the morning , leaving the Rat's away from the site.The rate include cost & conveyance of all the materials, all consumables required, all chemicals required, all labour charges required including all lead & lift complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Service building all floors
