Providing homogeneous cover for ash core embankment using approved soil excavated from approved borrow areas including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as sorting out, spreading in layer of 25 to 30 cm before compaction, breaking clods, sectioning, watering and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated by Sheep foot roller/Vibratory roller/8 to 10 tonne power roller etc., complete with all leads & lifts. Rate includes cost of testing equipment, testing cost, testing shall be done as per the relevant code etc., complete for finished item of work. (Payment will be made for finished item of work quantity excluding rock toe portion, horizontal sand blanket portion and U/s toe guard protection portion) and as per APSS 303 for formation of embankments, IS2720 methods of test of soils as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and jointing the HDPE 1000 Micron sheets (Geo Membrane) over the prepared bed in U/s slope of earthen bund as per standard specifications (IS:2508) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, overlap materials cost, labour, leads, lifts, all taxes etc., as per IS:2508-2016 (RA-2022) complete for finished item of work as per drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying P.C.C (1:3:6) machine mixing using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal for lining the HDPE sheet laid on U/s slope of earth bund including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand) coarse aggregate etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges etc., all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating charges, curing, compaction, all leads & lifts taxes etc,and as per APSS 402 complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of shoulders of 200 mm thick with gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials,all leads & lifts, transporting to site, seigniorage charges, taxes, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303 MORD / 305 MORTH, by using machinery including formation of saucer drain on the D/s side shoulder of earth bund etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying R.C.C (1:2:4) machine mixing using 20 mm & 12 mm HBG machine crushed metal for kerb walls & Guard stones on the top of earth bund including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand) coarse aggregate etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges etc., all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating charges, curing, compaction, all leads & lifts taxes etc, and as per APSS 403 complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD/TMT bar of Fe 500 CRS (Corrosive resistant steel) reinforcement for all RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including all taxes on all materials etc., and as per APSS 403.3 complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126) and as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

Loading and transporting of soil to slipped portion of raised ash pond bund of SDSTPS for formation of ring bund to rectify the slipped portion with a lead upto 5.00 Km as directed by the engineer incharge and as per the technical specifications Clause 1902 MORD / 3002 MORTH. Soil will be issued at free of cost at Labour camp of SDSTPS.
