Earth work excavation manually in slushy, clayey and sandy soils by removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and dressing sides and bottom etc., including all operational incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling the excavated trenches with the excavated soil after laying pipes etc., including all operational incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, with all leads and lifts etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for Laying, fixing and commissioning the Unplasticised PVCs Pipes conforming to ASTM D -1785-15; PVC 1120, SCH. 40 including couplers/ bends/ tees etc any diameter including fixing necessary fittings like bends, plugs, couplers, junctions, tees, ball valves etc., with solvent jointing as per standard practice for Supply of potable water to Power House and other locations inside the plant, run at all elevations of the buildings, casings at road crossings and wherever necessary. The rate includes cost of all fittings, testing the pipe line to the required pressure etc., cost and conveyance of all materials (excluding the cost of Pipes), all leads and lifts, all labour charges including chiselling the masonry wall, clamping to the wall with clamps and nails, tying with GI wire to Structural members wherever necessary and finishing the same as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge. Note : Pipes would be supplied by the department at free of cost at the department stores
