Laying of M20 grade nominal Mix Concrete for SUNSHADES corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer with 50% of 20mm and 50% of 12 mm size machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges & cost of cement for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum 400 Kg/Cum cement content laying of concrete 75mm thick at fixed end and 50 mm thick at free end with an average thickness of 62.5mm including all charges for finished item of work for 60.0 cm wide SUNSHADES, complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. (Cement will be supplied by the Department at departmental stores for free of cost )

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Fly Ash bricks of size 225X100X60mm with compressive strength not less than 50 kg / sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,all leads&lifts, incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work as per APSS 504 specification and as directed by engineer in charge as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 903 all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. . (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of of Exterior (Asian Apex make and conforming to IS 15489: 2013)type-2, Emulsion Paint of weather proof VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter approved colour of APSS 1216 and shade over a base coat of exterior emulsion primer (Asian make, conforming to IS 109: 2017), making 3 coats (as per APSS 1207) in all to give an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site with all leads and lifts, all labour charges and incidental charges etc., for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in charge and as per the standard specifications.

Providing and fixing of Openable Windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GSM), primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 15-30 microns thick and back coated with 5-10 microns thick alkyd backer and section for outer frame of 48 x 50 mm, centre mullion of 48 x 50 mm, section for shutter of 48 x 25 mm and the fixed glass beading section should be 12 x 12 mm and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed shutter with a 20 mm provision for guard bars/grills and the sections cut to length metre joined with corner bracket, centre mullion fixed with mullion cap, handle, stay, 2 nos. of stainless steel heavy duty pivot hinges provided per shutter and windows fitted with 5 mm thick plain float glass with rubber gaskets including fixing the frames in concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws, Including 10mm Square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch and Fabrication of pre-painted galvanised CR steel hollow section window frames/shutter frames shall be as per IS 4351: 2003 etc., all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC-ISO 20819-1: 2020 Type R40, Ex2) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. Door Frame section of 45x90 MM . The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x60 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member,all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC-ISO 20819-1: 2020 Type R40, Ex2) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame, complete for finished item of work.

Roofing with pre painted galvalume Trapezoidal profile roofing sheets with 0.5 mm thickens, coating with Alu-zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength:550 MPA. Paint coating : Regular Modified Polyester painting, painting thickness (TOP):18 to 20 Microns(Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns, sheet width:1.020, Length Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range colours , all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication (as per IS 800: 2007) and erection of structural steel such as pipes (conforming to IS 1161: 2014’ for MS tubes) of any dia. and angles, channels for trusses (conforming to IS 2062: 2011’ for angles, channels, etc.), horizontals for supporting to GI sheets and wherever necessary at all heights for the building for all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials, like structural steel, labour charges for fabrication, erection charges at all heights and painting with two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint(IS 2932: 2013) over a single coat of Primer (IS 2074 (Part1): 2023’ for Zinc chrome red oxide primer)all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia Single Socket PVC/SWR conforming to IS 4985: 2021, Rainwater pipe including cost and conveyance of materials, bends at entry and exit , all consumables , clamps , all labour charges, all incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
