Jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand, and water etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing, rubbing and polishing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work, .

Providing Vinyl Flooring Sheets/ tiles having a nominal total thickness of 2 mm with a wearing surface impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVC, Plasticizers, Urethane, color pigments with wearing resistance and Fire Resistance as per standards.

Refilling the foundations and basement with excavated earth complying to the standard specification with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying CC (1:2:4) for fixing of hold fasts for doors using 12mm & 20 mm HBG metal with all accessories, form work including cost of conveyance of cement and cost of all other materials, leads and lifts, labour charges, curing etc. complete for finished item of work as per the standard Specification and as directed by the Engineer at site .

Supply & fixing of Door frames made of all formed sections of 1.25mm thick CRCA section, size should be 50x60mm with 32mm rebate. The corner of the frame should be welded. The frame should be painted with one coat of primer and finished painted with pure polyester paint. The frame should be provided with approved quality butt hinges of 3 Nos. complete for finished item.: Single shutter 3'-0" x 7'-0" (914.4x2133.6mm) outer frame section size of 50 x 60 mm,complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of internal doors of size 0.95m x 2.15 m single leaf door by using 35mm thick “RAJSHRI” or Equivalent BRAND FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER consisting of sold core single leaf flush door of 30mm thickness, lipped with 15mm (5mmX3) thick X 30mm width on one stiles and top rails and 10mm (5mmX2) thick X 30mm width on the other stiles and bottom rails. The inner panel laminated with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded Pac sheet with 2,4,6 raised panel design in different panel and / or prelam colours on one side after routing the moulded design on flush door and 2mm prelam Pac sheet on other side using rubber adhesive on flush door and solvent cement adhesive on Pac lipping ,all required fixtures and fitting such as MS Powder coated hinges 100 mm size, 1 No MS powder coated Al.drops 300 mm size , 2 Nos MS powder coated tower bolts 250 mm size, MS Powder coated handles 150 mm long , Nylon silencers 40 mm size, Wooden wind cleats , etc.etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Galaxy Granite(16mm to 18mm thick ) clading to the proposed Jubileeblock lift from 0m to 12 m EL,including making of cement paste for applying to granite and fixed to wall as cladding, after that all edges and back side of granite must be packing with adhessive powder, cost and conveyance of all materials like adhessive gum/powder, granite stone,hire charges of machinery,all labour charges for granite cladding with neat finish, thorough cleaning of cladding joints and filled with floor grout with matching shade,dismatling of existing marble cladding and stacking the usefull material at sub store,scaffolding charges with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(but excluding cost of cement which will be supplied by the department at free of cost.)

Supply and fixing of fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window ( with grill )double shutter of size 1.20mx1.20m Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm &sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of windowupto 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent etc., complete for finished item of work and as per directed of Engineer-in-Charge.
