I;Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

I;Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Nominal mix using 40mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse .

I;Supplying and laying of seperation membrane 125 micron and as per ISI standard specification duly fixing over CC(1:3:6) including cost, conveyance of all materials etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution of work.402.5 MORTH 5th revision.

I;Providing un-reinforced, M 40 grade cement concrete dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness 350 mm as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 /53 grade with minimum cement content of 430kgs for Cum as per IS 269 for M40 (Grade) concrete using coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383 and table 1000-1 and 1000-2 of MORTH Vth revision maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork steel channel,Wedges,steel plates,including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures of super plasticizer as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Tech

I;Providing Uncoated Mild Steel bars ( Fe-240 - IS 432 Part -I of 1985) of 32mm diametre, wrought and put up bars including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, placing them in position etc., complete and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 602.2.8 (5th revision) as per IS 432 Part -I of 1985 for DOWEL BARS

I;Supply and fixing cap to reinforcement with PVC Pipe of 40mm outer dia and PVC Dummy as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

I;Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-500 - IS 1786 of 1985) of different diametres, wrought and put up bars including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, placing them in position etc., complete and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 602.2.8 (5th revision) as per IS 1786 of 1985 for TIE BARS

I;Providing and fixing 25.40 mm Mastic Pad in expansion joints including cost conveyance and all labour charges for fixing etc., complete for finished item of work.

I;Providing Vaccum Dewatered Flooring Services including leveling the concrete to be followed by placement of the bottom and top mats, operation of the Vaccum Machine to release the excess free water in the Concrete, removal of the mat after completion of dewatering process, conduction of the initial floating using power floater followed by finishing using power trowel of adquate capacity. including hire and operational charges of Generator of adequate capacity and other T&P required and labour charges for all operations etc. complete

I;Sawing of Concrete Pavement using a self propelled walk behind, petrol/electric powered saw of suitable capacity to give a finished groove of 4mm width and 1/4 to 1/3 total depth of the concrete in the longitudinal and transverse directions along pre determined lines. The rate is inclusive of the cost of diamond blade, charges for Masons engaged for marking the lines and pouring of Hot Bituminous liquid sealant confirming to IS1834 to the full depth of groove. The rate is inclusive of cleaning of the groove after the sawing to remove cementitions particles and cement washings to give a clean dry surface and surface preparation of the sides of the groove to accommodate the sealent material etc., including cost of sealant, hire and operational charges of all T&P, hire of Generator of Adequate capacity and of the and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per Technical Specification 3005.2 MORT&H.

I;Providing Moorum shoulders including cost, seigniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by approved means, on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., complet for finished item of work as per APDSS specification 1503 & SS 138 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work)

I;Earthwork excavation in soils upto SDR by mechanical means for foundations of structures as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides of bottom, back filling the excavation earth to the extent required etc., complete for finished item of work excluding seignioarge charges for as per MoRT&H specification 304(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. for Drain and Culverts.

I;Sand filling in foundation including cost, seignoirage and conveyence of all materials to site and watering, tamping etc., complete for finshed item of work as per MoRT&H specification 304 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. for drain.

I;Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix using 40mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse .

I;Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-500) of different diametres, wrought and put up bars of all diametres including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 & 2200 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for Drain, Culvert body walls & Culvert slabs.

I;Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 20 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2200 (5 th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

I;Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing BD/1-69( A) but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per MoRT&H specification 1500, 1600,1700, & 2702 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Slab over Culverts.

I;Plastering in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , curing etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.
