Patch works;Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Patch works;Providing and laying of 50 mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade @ 4.50% of weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of (excluding seigniorage) charges of all materials etc., complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification No. 505 (5th Revision).

Patch works;Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS1) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Patch works;Providing 25mm thick compacted Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete by cold mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading-2 with bituminous binder VG-30 (60/70) grade @ 5% of mix and filler, mixing at work site, rolling with smooth wheeled tandem rollers complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Patch works;Forming of Shoulders with useful selected Earth 2:1 in layers over GSB including and berm side extry earth Cutting and removing sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, compaction with vibratory roller of 8-10t capacity including cost and conveyance of Eath to site, cost of watering etc.,Extra shouders ,berm cuttin earth labour charges for operations, hire and operational charges of power roller and other T&P etc., diversion traffic etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.
