Scarifying the existing B.T surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3

Providing B.T.Patches on the existing B.T.surface using aggregate of 40 to 45 mm IRC size M/C metal with required quantity of 9.5 - 11.20mm HBG M/C key chips and 42Kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade per cum of course aggregate both for premixing and for tack coat including cutting grooves and neatly dressing the edges for boxing the patch materials irrespective of thickness without any protrode or projection including cost of brushing and cleaning the surface with brass brooms of all the dust and earth and heating the bitumen to the required temperature hand drum mixing and laying the premix to the prepared surface to a suitable thickness as directed during execution after laying tack coat to proper camber sectioning levelling hand packing and rolling with 8-10t capacity power road roller, including cost and conveyance of metal from aproved quarry to work spot and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurements cost and conveyance of 42 kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade (Total quantity including wastage) to work spot including hire and operational charges of all T&P and labour charges etc.,complete.

Providing , laying of close graded premix surfacing material ( Mixed seal surfacing) of 20 mm thickness by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of 13.2mm to 0.09mm (Type 'B') as per table 500-26 of specification 508 of MoRT&H (5th Revision), premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 19 Kg per 10 Sqm area, including cost of all materials and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8 to 10 Tonnes as per MoRT&H Specification 508 (5th Revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
