CIVIL WORKS

Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all leads & lifts including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, dewatering etc including all taxes, Leads & lifts, OH&Profit exculding GST & seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308).and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Filling with sand in trenches,sides of foundations and basement with all leads & lifts in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operaitonal,incidental, labour charges,hire charges of T&P etc incl all taxes except GST., and overheads & contractors profit complete for fnished item of work(APSS NO.309&310, 308).and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) nominal mix using 40mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing etc. including all taxes, Leads & lifts, OH&Profit exculding GST & seigniorage charges for foundations for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vibratred reinforced cement concrete corresponding to M30 grade using minimum cement content of 400 Kg/Cum Design Mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregates) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, coarse aggregates and sand etc, to site seigniorage charges of materials including steel centering and shuttering, machine mixing laying concrete, vibrating, finishing smooth to levels, curing all other incidental and operational charges labour charges and all taxes etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges and exculding GST & seigniorage charges for the finished items of work as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.

Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500 D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying incl all taxes on all materials etc including all taxes, Leads & lifts, OH&Profit exculding GST & seigniorage charges,. complete for finished item of work.( APSS No.126) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
