Maintenance of Glass Façade

Cleaning of Glass Fascade of APIIC Tower from top to bottom of all sides, including cost and conveyance of all materials like scaffolding, cleaning materials, safety measures, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge (2times/year)

Maintenance of Vertical Plantation in 12th Floor of APIIC Tower

Supply of Plants, Plantation, potting mix, new drip irrigation connection, transporation, removal of existing soil and pour the new soil wherever required pots & plants, cleaning, maintaining drip system and all cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by engineer- in charge - For 24 months

Providing Gardeners towards Landscaping

Providing Gardeners to maintain the landscaping in open space, plants allround the entire building including cost and conveyance of all materials, by providing watering, Manure, pesticides etc., regularly including cost of tools etc., complete for finsihed item of work as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge- 15 days in a month

SILICON (SEALANT) Work

Replacement of exisiting elevation structures like ( ACP , HPL clading and structural glazing) sheets coring silicon sealent, adhesive, baker rods, spacer tapes, necessary fixtures and tools ,in supervsion of Technical Experts and as per technical specifications, weather sealant , Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) etc, complete including scafoliding charges, cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by engineer –in –charge.

Saniatry Fixtures

Supply and fixing and repalcement of damaged Health Faucets with new one with 1m long tube and wall hook of Jaquar/ Kohler / Continental series with approved by ISI make, Chrome Finish including fixtures, cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

SOIL / WASTE PIPELINGS

Replacement of Exisiting (broken) of PVC/SWR, Single/ Double Socket pipes of 4 kg/sq.cm ISI marked of approved make and fixing as per site requirements and including fixing of M.S. clamps if necessary with required no. of Bombay nails etc., Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour charges etc,. complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Sewage Treatment Plant (75 KLD STP) of 75 KLD capacity. The treatment plant is based on MBBR technology. The recycled treated water is used for gardening, toilet flushing etc., including Site In charge, Operators (2 no’s, one per each shift i.e., total 2 Shifts), to provide required Chemicals, Samples Analysis (Monthly) Inlet/Outlet, Oil & Grease for Maintenance, Sand Filter, Carbon Filter Cleaning, Back Washing for Pipeline per monthly, PH Buffers, Maintenance of log books in STP at Site for operating hours, treatment, Power failures, record of influent and effluent sampling, etc., Regular Cleaning and Maintenance of the Sewerage lines and Manholes in APIIC Tower including removing of silt and safe disposal duly providing 2Nos Scavengers for cleaning every alternate day in all aspects etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
