Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS1) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work incluiding all taxes except GST and seigniorage charges as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-7 of MoRT&H specificaion 504 (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade @ 3.4 % by weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work incluiding all taxes except GST and seigniorage charges as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and opeational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary , complete and as per MoRTH specification No. 504 (5th Revision) .

Providing, laying & consolidation 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate grade II and 60/70 grade bitumen binder @ 5.0% of weight of mix for wearing corse including loading aggregates with F.E.loader, heating & mixing the aggregate and binder in 40-60 TPH capacity hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying withmechanical paver finisher to the required level, rolling with vibratory roller of 8 T static weight, power roller of 8 to 10 Tones capacity and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH&H specification 508 ($th Revision) including hire and operstional charges of all T&P, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for all operations,diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Spreading gravel for shoulders with side slopes 2:1 in layers including sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering compaction with vibratory roller 8 to 10 tonnes capacity including the cost and conveyance of gravel to site, cost of watering etc,labour charges for operations, hire and operational charges of power roller and other T & P, diversion of traffic, etc. incluiding all taxes except GST and seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work. as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. MORTH Spfn No:305.

The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit for items. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. The rates given in Schedule 'A' are exclusive of GST and Seigniorage charges.
