Providing supply and application of chemical treatment flexible acrylic polymer cementicias water proofing sealant treatment to Roof Slab, after thoroughly scraping and brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials of the Roof Slab, before primary coat you have applied filling cracks with required chemicals as directed by the Department, after that applied primary coat of brush bond acrylic latex water proofing adhesive cum bonding agent of hydroment 476 create HS / Bosco create chemical or equivalent with 1:4 ratio i.e.., 1 lit. Hydroment 476 create HS / Bosco create chemical and 4 Lt. Water in pigment to apply brush bond to Roof Slab after completion of the primary coat and dry the surface to apply the second coat of brush bond of flexible acrylic polymer cementicias (Bostik or other equivalent) of two components i.e.., powder and chemical liquid in pigment to apply the surface of the roof slab. After two hours later to apply the brush bond of acrylic latex chemical with cement in ratio 1:2 i.e.., 1 lit. acrylic latex in 2 Kgs of cement with pigment to apply the brush bond to roof slab including cost and conveyance of all materials and hire charges of scraping, brushing, cutting, browing machine and all labour charges for scraping, brushing, browing, applying charges etc.., complete as directed by the Department for finished item of work.

Providing Ceiling – Treatment of Rusted Steel & Spalled Concrete Removing the loose & spalling concrete with mild hammer blows until the inside iron is exposed i.e., about 25 to 40mm depending upon the type of damage and Clean the surface by flushing water and make the surface dry. Applying RUST REMOVER (Fosroc, Asian Paints, Berger equivalent Brands) with waste cloth over the exposed surface of reinforcement and leaving it as it is for specified time. Rubbing & cleaning the surface of reinforcement gently with a waste cloth and remove the rusted material. And applying RUST REMOVER Second time and clean the reinforcement to ensure the rust of the corroded Reinforcement is completely removed. Providing equivalent additional reinforcement on area basis where ever the diameter of rod is reduced due to rusting and tying up the additional road to the old rod with required development length / overlap. Applying Zinc Primer over exposed iron surface with a brush as paint. After 24 hours after application of Zinc Primer applying Epoxy based bonding agent on the surface of concrete with brush over the exposed. Applying polymer modified mortar of in two or three layers depending upon the site conditions and pressing some 12mm size HBG chips into the mortar of each layer at intervals and finishing with neat surface, including Cost & conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, all centring & scaffolding charges, including all other incidental charges, including GST and all other taxes etc.., complete. The item shall carry a Warranty period of 5 (Five) years from the date of work Completion certification
