Providing Wearing Coat over RCC Roof slab to required slopes with CC (1:1.5:3) prop. 40mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm HBG metal and plastering with CM (1:3) prop 8mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufactures as approved by Engineer-in-cherge at 1 Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lineing at regular intervals of 45 x 45 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc.., to site seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operations, incidental and labour charges such as charges such as mixing motor, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall slab, rounding smooth thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of 110mm PVC / SWR pipe 4kgs/cm2 including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete work for finished item of wrok

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:5:10) proportion using 20mm size (SS5) hard blasted granite machine crushed graded metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, using a required quantity of cement per 1 cum of concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and cost of seigniorage charges on all materials including centering using Cashewrina Ballies and Wooden runners & staging including all bracings, cross members etc., shuttering, machine mixing, laying concrete, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for Dummy Columns (APSS No. 402 & 403)

Providing supply and application of chemical treatment flexible acrylic polymer cementicias water proofing sealant treatment to Roof Slab, after thoroughly scraping and brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials of the Roof Slab, before primary coat you have applied filling cracks with required chemicals as directed by the Department, after that applied primary coat of brush bond acrylic latex water proofing adhesive cum bonding agent of hydroment 476 create HS / Bosco create chemical or equivalent with 1:4 ratio i.e.., 1 lit. Hydroment 476 create HS / Bosco create chemical and 4 Lt. Water in pigment to apply brush bond to Roof Slab after completion of the primary coat and dry the surface to apply the second coat of brush bond of flexible acrylic polymer cementicias (Bostik or other equivalent) of two components i.e.., powder and chemical liquid in pigment to apply the surface of the roof slab. After two hours later to apply the brush bond of acrylic latex chemical with cement in ratio 1:2 i.e.., 1 lit. acrylic latex in 2 Kgs of cement with pigment to apply the brush bond to roof slab including cost and conveyance of all materials and hire charges of scraping, brushing, cutting, browing machine and all labour charges for scraping, brushing, browing, applying charges etc.., complete as directed by the Department for finished item of work.

Supply & fixing pre-painted galvalium trepizoidal profile roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness, coating Alu-zinc coating AZ 150 GSM. Tensile strength 550 MPA, paint coating: Regulat modified polyster painting. THickness (top) 18-20 microns, (Bottom) 5-7 microns including C/C of all materials like sheets, J bolts, bitumen washers etc.., with or without ridge with sales & all other taxes & all labour charges etc.., complete for fixing sheets in position
