SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH Roofcare-prc 5 systems or equivalent (ROOFCARE PRC 5 (Armstrong)/ZORICOAT PFC 5 (PMCC)/ POWER SAC 5 L (EBT) / WATERSHIELD 5 LWC a).1st layer black coloured Chemical treatment: Providing and application of one coat of high bonding, flexible bituminous Polyurethane blended bituminous coating with - Roofcare PRC 5 systems confirming to ASTM - G 154 - 2000 or equivalent 1st layer diluting with water at 1:1 ratio as a primary coat at a consumption of 200m1 per square meter. b).2nd layer : Providing and laying of fiber mesh 40GSM, with 1 meter width and 50mm overlap on the primed surface. c).3rd layer grey coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of acrylic rubberized elastomeric flexible water prof grey coating with - Roofcare PRC 5 systems ASTM - C 836 or equivalent or equivalent diluting with 50% of eater at a consumption of 400m1 per square meter. d).4rth layer white coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of high solid, colad applied fiber reinforced acrylic elastomeric water proof membrane off whitecoating - Roofcare PRC 5 Systems confirming to ASTM - G 1544 - 2000 or equivalent coating (Add the water up to 200m1) 5th layer super white reflective coating. during with 20% of water (Consumption of 300m1 per square meter) Note: The above treatment shall be guaranteed for five years)

Flooring with polished shahabad / Tandur stone slabs of 15 mm to 18 mm thick set over a base coat of CM (1:8) , 12mm thick using screened sand over already laid CC bed / RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per sqm and jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, flooring stones etc. complete including all labour charges like dressing of flooring stones to the required size, mixing of cement mortar, laying, lift charges , cost of base coat, water charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
