Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using graded metal with Concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, sales & other taxes on all materials, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing, centering charges, overheads & contractors profit etc.,as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . All work upto plinth level.

Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Providing RCC M25 concrete for Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded.

Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Providing brick work of 230mm thick in CM (1:8) prop., using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size , including cost & conveyance of all material and labour charges, centering & scafolding charges, and overhead charges & Contractors profit etc., complete as per APSS No.501 for Super structure and others but excluding GST and seignorage chages.

Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Providing and applying Synthatic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty or lime punning of average 1to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after throughly brushing the surface to remove dirtyand remains of loose powered materials ,applyingemery paper ,sand the surface ,clean& wipe off loose dust,applying knifing paste filler by putty/muslinpad ,air dry for 2-3hours ,sand with 180and 320nos ,emery paper for the surfacepreparationincludingcost and conveyance of all materials to the workspot and all operational,incidental,labourcharges etc... complete for finished item of work for Internal walls.

Providing Entrance Arch at MIG Layout Navaluru;Providing Painting to new walls with 2 coats of luxury plastic emulsion paint of superior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911
