Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC :67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Rate includes cost of fabric and cost of steel structures,shop drawings, partterning, cuttings, fabrication,high frequncy welding of fabric, transport to the site,assembling and installation with GI Cables, hardware and required accessories, nesseary scaffolding etc.required for all operation in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in -charge)(Measureement as per actual plan area of the canopy shall be measured for payment. However foundation work will be paid in relavent item).The tensile fabric roofing system shall have warrenty for minimum 15 years as per manufacturer.The contractor shall provide original warrenty certificate issued by manufacturer in the Name of Airport Authority of India of Fabric mentioning the details of Project.

Providing and laying polythene sheet 400 micron thick conforming to IS 2508, antifriction layer on the sub base course complete as per specification with specified overlaps between adjacent strip and transverse joints (only plan area will be measured for payment etc.,) as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing supply and installation of Geotextile made of 100/50 woven Polyester of following description to serve the functions as separation/filteration, reinforcement and Drainage including all taxes, levies, cess and freight etc., and also including cost of storage and transportation at site, cutting, laying at Geocell base, line and level, providing overlap and anchorage wherever required, labour, tools and implements compete., laid over prepared surface as per drawing, as per Specification of contract for use as Geosynthetics complete. Measurement shall be done in square meters. Overlaps shall not be measured. However, wrap around shall be measured. For the purpose of definition, if the two layers of Geotextile are touching each other then they shall be treated as overlap and if, two layers are separated by 10cm thick sand, it is to be treated as wrap around.

Construction of Subgrade embankment with Moorum brought out from approved quarry.
