Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum. Extra cement above the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately as per approved mix design.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 x 160 mm.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work.

Cement concrete in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittigns and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. 50 mm dia. Nominal bore.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :50 to 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of sconcrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete or higher as recommended by the manufacturer's specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 ie., by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete s per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self healing of cracks upto a width of 0.50mm. the work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of lthe Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.(Treated finished area will be measured for payment)

Water proofing of Static Tank inner and outer surface.The method consists of application of 2 coats of Dr.Fixit Fastflex(or equivalent) a two component cementitious waterproofing system. Operation 1: Base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials etc, Operation 2: Opening the construction joints, corner of the wall and slab, Cracks in ‘V’ groove up to 20mm depth and width. providing hunching to the corner of the slab with Cement mortar mixed with Dr.Fixit Pidicrete URP(or equivalent) @ 1.5Kg/bag of cement .After completing the above all the given treatment, Applying & supplying of a two component of Dr.Fixit Fastflex(or equivalent) acrylic cementitious coating system @ 2.1 kg/sqm in 2 coats.. At the time of second coat sand will be sprinkled over the coated surface to get proper bonding for Protective plastering , The coating to be extened in the wall up to 450mm height from Finished floor level.Plastering of 20 mm thickness over the applied waterproofing membrane with CM 1:4 (1Cement : 4 M .sand) ) to be mixed with Intergeral waterproofing compound Dr.Fixit Pidiproof LW+(or equivalent) at a dosage of 200ml/50 kg bag of cement compound.(Treated finished area will be measured for payment)

Waterproofing of Over head water tank inner surface.The method consists of application of 2 coats of Dr.Fixit Fastflex(or equivalent) a two component cementitious waterproofing system. Operation 1: Base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials etc, Operation 2: Opening the construction joints, corner of the wall and slab, Cracks in ‘V’ groove up to 20mm depth and width. providing hunching to the corner of the slab with Cement mortar mixed with Dr.Fixit Pidicrete URP(or equivalent) @ 1.5Kg/bag of cement .After completing the above all the given treatment, Applying & supplying of a two component of Dr.Fixit Fastflex(or equivalent) acrylic cementitious coating system @ 2.1 kg/sqm in 2 coats.. Providing and laying polythene sheet 400 micron thick confirming to IS 2508 anti friction layer on the surface course complete as per specifications with specified overlaps between adjacent and transverse strips, only plan area will be measured for payment, as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing brass gate valve of ZOLOTO or equivalent in water supply line, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm nominal bore.
