The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed or substantially completed works of a certain value in a similar nature, specifically "SITC of Baggage Handling System essentially consisting of Arrival / Departure Conveyor System at airports". The bidder should have completed one of the following: - One work of Rs.3,97,16,433/- (excluding GST) - Two separate works each of minimum Rs.2,48,22,771/- (excluding GST) - Three separate works each of minimum Rs.1,98,58,216/- (excluding GST) Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed: - Three works each with departure conveyor work having at least 10 Check-In Conveyors and at least 59 meters arrival conveyor - Two works each with departure conveyor work having at least 12 Check-In Conveyors and at least 74 meters arrival conveyor - One work with departure conveyor work having at least 19 Check-In Conveyors and at least 118 meters arrival conveyor The substantial completion is defined as 80% or more of the works completed under the contract, based on functional consideration. There is also a requirement for a minimum annual value of Rs. 23,82,98,597/- (excluding GST) for work executed, with at least Rs. 11,91,49,298/- (excluding GST) from Electrical and Mechanical works, carried out in any of the years during the last five years. A certificate with UDIN number for annualized average financial turnover equivalent to Rs. 1,75,74,522/- against works executed during the last three financial/calendar years is also required. The works should have been completed during the last seven years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned other than substantial completion, which is 80% or more.
