CC road Akepadu;Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base,as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of corse aggregate not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be not less than 330 kg/cum (Ordinary Portland Cement) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, bitumenous sealant, add mixers as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.2.2 including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for CC payment inculding overheads, contractor profit but excluding seignorage charges and GST for 170mm thick with 3.25m joint spacing

CC road Akepadu;Providing dish finishing to the C.C. Surface for having good compaction of CC Surface and to have smooth surface of the road including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of dish and fan, incidental and operational and labour chargesetc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard Specification and as directed by the Department Engineer-in-chaarge.

CC road Akepadu;(Grooves 2-3 mm) Construction sawn joining groove (using diamond studding blades) 3 to 5 mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab + or 5mm or as stipulated in the drawing and dowels bars complying with clause 602.6.5 of specifications for road and bridge works (third revision) published at new 2 Delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Government of India, Ministry of surface transport and as directed in the undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the road of joint sawing machine without causing damage to the slab. The joint ceiling compound shall be of 0/0 to 1/8.

CC road Akepadu;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

CC road Akepadu;Filling with Carted Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations basement from approved quarry consolidating deposited layer by watering and ramming, including all operational, incidental, labour charges, complete including cost and conveyance of sand / gravel for finished item of work.
