Construction of CAP;VRCC M-25 Grade - Supply and placing of the DESIGN MIX CONCRETE (WEIGH BATCH at SITE) corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and all labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials etc., complete as per drawing, Technical specification for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but including centering scaffolding, shuttering for PEDESTALS (below plinth)

Construction of CAP;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 310) - Earth filling (ordinary soil)

Construction of CAP;Filling with Carted Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations basement from approved quarry consolidating deposited layer by watering and ramming, including all operational, incidental, labour charges, complete including cost and conveyance of sand / gravel for finished item of work. (APSS No 309 310).

Construction of CAP;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different d iameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

(Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge for panel walls in Super-Structure, parapet walls.

Construction of CAP;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Unplasticised 110mm PVCs Pipes 4 Kg/sq.cm for potable water supplies conforming to IS : 4985/2000 (3rd revision) with bell ends (Socket) as per specification in light Grey/Natural Ivory Grey/ Any other Color (except White) inclusive of transportation to the sub-divisional stores anywhere in AP excluding all taxes.

Construction of CAP;Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Construction of CAP;Painting:-2) Exterior walls are painted with one coast of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint .

Construction of CAP;Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations using 40 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1500, 1700 2100 MORTH. - P.C.C. grade M 20 (Design Mix) MORTH 12.8 B using 40 mm Graded Metal
