Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc, complete for finished item of work all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., but excluding seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Supply fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end- locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside outside locking with push Pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 1108

Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete as per SS 912, SS 1207 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for internal walls

Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911, SS 912 or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for external walls

Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Supply and fixing of MS Tubular roof purlins of size 100 x 50 x 3.20mm thick of 6.00m long by welding of 6mm cleats of size 150mm x 100mm both sides of the pipe in position with necessary bolts and nuts, washers including cost of pipe, welding, cutting and loading into truck to work site transport etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of Vegetable/Flower Sheds;Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.
