(Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge for panel walls in Super-Structure, parapet walls.
