Construction of Compound wall;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different d iameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Construction of Compound wall;Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class: Brick Masonry 230 mm thick with Cement Mortar (1:6) prop. (Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge for panel walls in Super-Structure, parapet walls.

Construction of Compound wall;Plastering 20 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Construction of Compound wall;Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Construction of Compound wall;Painting Walls with Snowcem or other equal and approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, 2 Coats (All Colours) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of Compound wall;Wrought iron and mild steel welded work (using angles, square bars, tees and channel grills, grating frames, gates and tree guards of any size and design etc. including cost of screens and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position but without the cost of excavation and concrete for fixing which will be paid separately - MORTH

Construction of Compound wall;Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For New Iron Work using ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 1212 or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of Compound wall;Supply and fixing of Mild steel bolts of 25mm dia of length 0.60 mts including threading, bolting and placing them in position including fabrication charges, cost of materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Construction of Compound wall;Random Rubble Stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (cement : sand) using hard Granite stones, bond stones from approved quarry to site including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand water, granite stones, bond stones, etc., and including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement, mortar, Scaffolding charges, curing etc., complete but excluding seigniorages charges, as per drawing and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for finished item of work (APSS No. 615 601)

Construction of Compound wall;Supply, fixing, fabrication and Errection of 12 mm thick base plates of size 0.30 x 0.30 m, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
