Facelifting Piler;Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Facelifting Piler;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Facelifting Piler;Supply fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end- locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside outside locking with push Pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 1108

Facelifting Piler;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911, SS 912 or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for internal walls

Facelifting Piler;Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For New Iron Work using ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 1212 or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Facelifting Piler;Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base,as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of corse aggregate not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be not less than 330 kg/cum (Ordinary Portland Cement) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, bitumenous sealant, add mixers as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.2.2 including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for CC payment inculding overheads, contractor profit but excluding seignorage charges and GST for 170mm thick with 3.25m joint spacing
