Providing High Yield Strength Deformed steel bars (Fe 415 grade) of different diameters, including labour charges for cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying with binding wire of 20 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work.

Brick masonry in C.M (1:6) prop. using 2nd class traditional well brunt bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kgs/sqcm including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for all items of work, like cement, sand, bricks, curing etc., tp site including scaffolding charges and lifting charges, proper soaking of bricks, the walls should be truely to plumb and maintaing joints and filling joints with motor etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charges for finished item of work. Supply and fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80x1.25mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mmdia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets,plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all acessories etc., complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 108

Supply & fixing collapsible steel shutters with verticals, double channel of 20x10x2mm of 10mm centre, Bracers with flat iron 40x40x6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys, the top, bottom and side vertical frames of the collapsible gate with 65x65mm8mm MS Angle and middle guide rail at site height with 65mmx8mm MS flat for the pulleys to guide and fixed with necessary hold fasts, bolts, nuts, rivets, locking arrangements, stoppers, handles, all accessories all fixtures and painted with one coat of approved steel primer etc., complete as per standard specification for finished item of work as per Spn 1105.

Supply and fixing of 2.44mt span Verandah truss using 48.30mmOD (M),internal members with 33.7mm OD MS pipe (L) and providing 200x200x10mm thick plates 2 nos, 3 nos cleats 150x100x6mm size to support the purlins and bolts for fixing , including cost and conveyance of all materials, all fabrication charges,redoxide painting, transportation to site errect. Supply & Fixing of 15’-3” c/c (4.65M) long roof purlins made of 60.30mm OD (Medium) MS tubes including at eves and ridges with 6 mm thick cleats for fixing to trusses including red oxide coating etc., complete and as per the drawing enclosed and as per standard specification for finished item of work.Verandah Purlins.

Roofing With 0.5mm thick galvanized /pre painted G.I profiled sheets with crimp of 200mm length fixed to the purlins With 14 size self drilling with neoprene washer Side laps are stiched with self tapping drilling screws .End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape .the sheets are provided with anti capillary groove.including cost and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification for finished item of work.

Plastering 12mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) for even surface cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (screened), water etc., to site, and all operational incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work. Painting with synthetic enamel paint in two coats of grade 1 quantity of approved brand and colour to Trusses, purlins, wind bracings, bottom runners, shutters, air-inlets, ventilators, channels etc.,including cost and conveyance all meterails labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials .

Painting to walls with one coat water based cement primer 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint (overall three coats) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
