Repairs to the Slab of Insectary Building at S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Leak proof course with concrete M20 Grade 75mm thick with (1:1.5:3), using mm size graded hard granite machine crushed metal and screened sand laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, with 38mm thick PCC M20 mixed with FOSROC COMPLAST WL'@ 125ml/bag of cement in concrete and impervious coat 12mm thick in CM(1:3) prop mixed with FOSROC COMPLAST WL'@ 125ml/bag of cement in cement mortar on top and thread lining at regular intervals of 0.45m x 0.45m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes including cost of all materials like cement, metal sand and water complete for finished item of work.

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Providing and making Grouting 14mm dia drilling hole by using drilling hammer machine in RCC slab upto 75mm long and the same fixing with 10mm dia rubber tube with a length of 150mm long and fixing it with renderoc plug (Powder) and left for 3-4 hours for drying and preparation of a chemical mixture with Cement 150 Kgs, SBR latex (Liquid) 1.50 ltrs, Nitto bond ? bonding agent (Liquid) 1.50 ltrs, Cebex- 1.00 kg (Powder) mixed in cement slurry and this chemical mixture is pumped through the rubber tube (nozzels) already fixed to the holes by pumping machine into the RCC slab of damaged area and after 12 hours or on the next day removing the rubber tube by covering and filling the hole with renderoc plug (Powder) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and higher charges of grouting machine, drilling machine and 7?feet height stand and finished item of work . (OBSERVED DATA FOR - 50 Nos of Grouting Holes)

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Plastering 20mm thick single coat with CM (1:3) prop. duly mixed with water proofing liquid FOSROC COMPLAST WL@ 125ml/ bag of cement using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete.

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Providing treatment to the spalling ceiling by removing all the loose materials, applying reebalens RR brush bond to the exposed slab reinforcement, removing the loose material with wire brush applying the Nito zinc primer to the exposed slab reinforcement and plastering wih 20mm thick double coat with CM (1:3) prop using screened sand with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with dubara sponge finishing by mixing the Nito-bond SBR including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges and curing etc., complete by the department for finished item of work.

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade II and two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors (Including thorough scraping of old paint surface)

Agricultural College, Tirupati.;For 110mm dia: Supplying and fixing of SWR PVC rain water down take pipes (Prince/ Sudhakar/ Kisan/ Supreme or any ISI brand) 4 Kg/Sq.cm. and fixing all special such as plain bends, off sets, door bends, single junctions, double junctions as per site requirement, fixing with PVC clamps if necessary with required number of Bombay nails including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges complete for finished item of work at all floor levels
