Providing roof repairs to the Mithila Hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;SF:Providing thermo mechanically treated (TMT) (Fe-500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings,including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., and including complete for finished item of work. Providing roof repairs to the Mithila Hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Applying two coats of NITOBOND two coats duly mixed in cement slurry in (1:1:3) (nitobond:water:cement) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour chages for mixing applying with brush etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing roof repairs to the Mithila Hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Grouting: Drilling with 14mm drill bit cleaning the hole fixing the nozzles with pendroc PWG grouting with the cebex, SBR latex and Nitobond and removing the nozzles finishing with Nitobond AR Mortor, scaffolding charges, including all labour charges etc.,

Providing roof repairs to the Mithila Hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;SF:Leak proof course with concrete M20 Grade 75mm thick with (1:1.5:3), using 20mm size graded hard granite machine crushed metal and screened sand laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, with 63mm thick PCC M20 mixed with FOSROC COMPLAST WL'@125ml/bag of cement in concrete and impervious coat 12mm thick in CM(1:3) prop mixed with FOSROC COMPLAST WL'@ 125ml/bag of cement in CM on top and thread lining at regular intervals of 0.45mx0.45m and finishing the to surface to required smoothness and slopes including cost of all materials like cement, metal, sand and water complete for finished item of work.
