Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lif.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry with 150 mm to 300 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations Mill finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately).

0.91 mm, troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000 mm.

Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness ,Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)]. For colour, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50 mm with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete:

Precoated/mill finish aluminium Ridges plain (500- 600mm)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Supply, installation, testing and commissionng of 2000 LPH RO plant (60 to 70% recovery & treated water TDS 50ppm) unit having Raw water pump of 1.5 HP including cleaning line (Kirloskar make or equivalent) Pressure Sand Filter of size 1625mm x 400mm, media-silex, sand & pebbles (pentair make or equivalent), Activated Carbon filter of size 1625 mm x 400 mm, media- Activated Carbon & Pebbles (pentair make or equivalent), 20'' Length Micron filter housing with 20" Length, 5 micron PP wound filter (ATS make or equivalent). High pressure pump of type vertical certifugal pump of 5 HP(Grundfos make or equivalent), FRP membrane housing 8040 (ATS make or equivalent), Thin Film composite Spiral Wound RO membrane of size of 8" x 40" (DOW make), Dosing system consisting of Electrically Operated Dosing Pump, Dosing Tank 50 Litres with Antiscalent, SMBS & ph correction chemicals, SS frame RO Skid, Multi Port Valve for PSF & ACF, Control Panel, Internal Tubing, Electrical wiring, Pressure Switch, Pressure Guage, Flow meters, Auto flush timer, Cleaning Tank (100 Litres), UV SYSTEM, Reject and Raw water solinoid valve and all accessories etc as required to make the RO plant set complete & running.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
