Supplying and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 mm, along with suitable coupler conforming to IS 16205 ( Part 24 - 2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level including hard surface) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 mm, along with suitable coupler conforming to IS 16205 ( Part 24 - 2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. directly on surface as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing DWC pipe as required.

4 X 10 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Removing existing Post Top/Bollard light from the foundation by breaking the concrete and disconnecting the cables as required.

Supplying of 5W Solar Garden Light ,WW ( Make: Luker, Model : LBSOL61 or equivalent ).

Supplying of Pedestal Lantern ( Bollard Light) with Aluminium body, IP65 suitable for 1xE27 LED lamp (Make: Philips, Model : Glide, Model No.: 58176 or equivalent ).

Supplying of 9W, E27 LED lamp, CDL/WW ( Make : Havells or equivalent ) on the existing lamp holder..

Installation, testing and commisioning of Pedestal Lantern ( Bollard Light)/Post Top Light on a platform with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with a minimum size of 0.25m x 0.25m x 0.8m including above and below ground level with suitable screws/ nuts & bolts and connections , earthing etc. as required.

Supplying of fabricated metallic pole of length 6.0 metres made out of 80 mm. dia. G.I pipe (medium) of length 3.00 mtrs and 65 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium Class) of length 3.00 mtrs. ,having single arm made out of 40 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium) of length 0.8 mtr. for fixing Street Light and provision for fixing Cable Junction Box. Also painting the Pole with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Supplying of fabricated metallic pole of length 6.0 metres made out of 80 mm. dia. G.I pipe (medium) of length 3.00 mtrs and 65 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium Class) of length 3.00 mtrs. ,having two adjustable arms made out of 40 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) of length 1.2 mtrs. for fixing Street Light and provision for fixing Cable Junction Box. Also painting the Pole with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Supplying of fabricated metallic pole of length 6.0 metres made out of 80 mm. dia. G.I pipe (medium) of length 3.00 mtrs and 65 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium Class) of length 3.00 mtrs. ,having three adjustable arms made out of 40 mm. dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) of length 1.2 mtrs. for fixing Street Light and provision for fixing Cable Junction Box. Also painting the Pole with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Supplying and fixing of Cable Junction Box, IP 44 (Make : Sintex,, Cat No. : GSJB-1414 or equivalent ) with a two pole connector and 6 A MCB, on the existing Gate Post including connection etc. as required.

Supplying of 100 watts LED Street light luminaire with PDC housing, toughened glass , IP66 protection and 10 KV SPD with minimum efficacy of 110 lum/w ( Make: Crompton, Model : Nexus Star, Cat. No. : LSTP-100-CDL-M or equivalent).

Installation, testing and commissioning of Street Light fitting of all types on the existing Pole complete including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 40W LED Gate Light (Make: Crompton, Model : MAPLE, Product Code : LPTO-40-CDL or equivalent) on the existing Gate Post including connections, earthing etc. as required.

Supplying of 150 W LED outdoor Flood Light of Green colour, IP65 (Make : Luker, Model : LFL150WLN GR or equivalent).

Supplying of 50 W coloured LED Flood Light such as Red/Green/Blue etc., IP65/IP66 (Make: GM or equivalent ).

Supplying of 40 W cloured LED Flood Light such as Red/Green/Blue etc., IP65 (Make: Panasonic or equivalent ).

Installation, testing and commissioning of different LED Flood Lights including connections , earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of outdoor LED Marathon Rope Light of minimum wattage 6 W of approved colour such as CDL/WW/RED/BLUE/GREEN etc. (Make : Phillips or equivalent).

Repairing the existing Electrical Control Panel and Feeder Box by changing the damaged/rusted parts including hinges, plates using arc/gas welding. Also, painting the existing Panel and Feeder Box by two coats of water proof paint of approved.

Providing and fixing one no. fuse base for 200 A DIN type HRC fuse link and 200 A DIN type HRC fuse link in the existing Contol Panel.

Providing and fixing one no. fuse base for 100 A DIN type HRC fuse link and 100 A DIN type HRC fuse link in the existing Feeder Box.

Fabrication and erection of Outdoor type, floor mounted, L.T. Feeder Box of minimum size 1.2 m x 1.0 m x 0.4 m made of CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 1.6 mm, MS angle of minimum size 30 mm x 30 mm x 3 mm, MS flat of minimum size 30 mm x 5 mm etc. with double side opening door on front and rear side with locking arrangement and Canopy on top, opening in the bottom forcable entry, provision for earthing connection, suitable for mounting the following switch gears/items including their supply and having four legs at a minimum height of 0.5 m above ground level on a platform with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with a minimum size of 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.6 m including above and below ground level, after painting the finished surface with two or more coat of water proof paint of approved colour over one coat of metal primer. Also, testing and commissioning the feeder box after supplying and connecting the following switchgears/items with suitable cables, providing suitable earthing etc. as required : (a) 4 way SPN MCB DB (Make : Indo Asian or equivalent) - 01 No., (b) 6 way TPN MCB DB (Make : Indo Asian or equivalent) - 01 No., (c) 100 A, FP Isolator (Make : Indo Asian or equivalent) -01 No., (d) 63 A, FP Isolator (Make : Indo Asian or equivalent) - 01 No., (e) 6A - 32A, 'C' curve MCB, SP, (Make : Indo Asian or equivalent) - 01 No. , (f) Copper Busbar of minimum size 25 mm x 5 mm, length 0.5 m, RYBN - 01 Set, (g) suitable lugs , nuts and bolts, screws etc. as required.

Earthing with ASHLOK make SEE brand Safe Earthing Electrode, Type- 19, 48 mm dia., length 2.00 mtrs. or equivalent by filling inner space with 50 Kg(2 bags) Electrodite (Back Fill Compound ) required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with C.I. cover plate having locking arrangement etc.as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
