Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required

Supplying and laying of following size of DWC pipe along with suitable coupler conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24), 2018 (old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying of fabricated metallic street light pole of length 6.5 metres made out of 65 mm. dia. G.I pipe (medium) with suitable bracket made up of MS angle for mounting 3/4 nos of LED Flood light fitting , painted with with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Supplying of fabricated metallic pole of length 5.0 metres made out of 65 mm. dia. G.I pipe (medium) having 2 nos of 32 mm GI pipe bracket of 1 metre length for mounting street light fitting including bending the pipe to required shape, fixing Cable Junction Box of minimum inside dimensions 140 mm x 140 mm x 90 mm (Make : Sintex, Model No : GSJB 1414), containing 1 No. SP 6A MCB, painted with with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia. X 1.20 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape along with clamps, painted with with water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of metal primer etc. as required.

Supplying of 150 watts LED Flood light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection, having system efficacy 120 lumens per watt with 10 KV SPD (Make : Crompton, Cat. No : CFS-510-150-57-60D-HL2-LM-NSG or equivalent).

Supplying of 60 watts LED Street light fitting having inbuilt surge protection with IP66 protection and efficacy 120 lumens per watt with 10 KV SPD (Make : Crompton, Cat. No : TRP-421-60-57-SL-LM-NBK or equivalent).

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Flood Light/Street light fitting of all types on the existing Pole/surface including interconnections Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Flood light / Street light fitting in pole including interconnections and earthing etc. as required.

Fabrication and erection of Outdoor type, floor mounted, L.T. Feeder Box of minimum size 0.4 m x 0.4 m x 0.25 m made of CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 1.6 mm with one side opening door on front having having four legs of length 0.5 m made out of MS angle of minimum size 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm embedded on a concrete platform minimum size of 0.15 m x 0.3 m x 0.5 m including above and below ground level, after painting the finished surface with two or more coat of water proof paint of approved colour over one coat of metal primer. Also, testing and commissioning the feeder box having provision to accommodate the following Switchgears/items after supplying and connecting them with suitable cables, providing suitable earthing etc. as required : a) 3 nos of 63 Amps Porcelain cutout - 1 set, (b) 40 Amps, FP Isolator - 1 No., (c) 6-32 Amps, Single pole MCB - 19 Nos. etc

Supplying and fixing of Cable Junction Box having inside dimension 250 mm x 250 mm x 160 mm (minimum) (Make : Sintex, Model No. : GSJB 2525 or equivalent), containing 1 No. 40 A, DP Isolator, 2 Nos. 6A SP MCB mounted on Din rail including its connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 Amps, 25 kA, Four Pole MCCB (Make : Indoasian or its equivalent) in existing Cubicle Panel including drilling holes, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 100 Amps, TPN Switch Disconnector fuse (Main switch) in sheet steel enclosure (Make : Indo Asian, Cat. No.: IN1SA100 or equivalent) with 03 nos of HRC fuses (Make : Indo Asian, Cat. No.: IEDCP100 or equivalent) on the wall/surface including its connection etc. as required.
