Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing CPVC Tank Nipple (Tank Connector pipe) for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour.

Providing and Fixing steel Ladder of overall Length 3.00mtr & 0.50mtr width (outer to outer) consisting of 50dia GI Pipes as the vertical rail members & 32mm dia GI pipes as the intermediate rungs spaced @ 300c/c i/c fixing the same to the steel staging in a required position and painted with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of all complete as per enclosed detailed drawing sketch & direction of EIC.

Construction of 2.80m ht Steel Staging of Platform Size 3.00X1.60m provided with 06Nos of RCC Short Column (300mm x 300mm size) with foundation footing for each and foundation depth of 1.20 Mtr with short column raised to 100mm above G.L and erecting Pre- fabricated staging over the short column base by means of base bearing plates & Foundation bolts. etc complete., Including Pre-Fabrication of 01 nos of Steel Staging of top platform size 3.00m Length & 1.60m width Top platform welded over with 20Gauge thick GI Sheet and staging frame of 06nos of 65dia GI Pipes in vertical posts and 40mm dia GI Pipes horizontal tie members & cross bracings provided as required in all of its four sides & 50dia GI Pipe in outer frame of Top platform with 32mm dia GI pipes in its intermediate spaced @ 150c/c , complete unit made out of GI pipes and painted with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint complete as per enclosed detailed drawing sketch & direction of EIC.
